Manufacturing Supervisor - Rome, GA
General Shale the nation's leading manufacturer of brick and masonry materials, is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for our manufacturing facility in Rome, GA. Successful candidate will manage the departmental operations within a highly automated manufacturing environment. Responsibilities will include safety, participation in team based quality initiatives, manufacturing productivity, administration, personnel issues, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Technology, Business Administration or related field. In addition, applicants should possess excellent communication skills, computer literacy and mechanical aptitude. Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and robotics desirable.
